RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

How many days to return an item?

Any item can be returned within 7 days from receipt. It should be unopened and in original packaging or it can unfortunately not be accepted back. Please send an email to [email protected] with pictures of the item and reason for the return.

Kindly send back the item to Final Specs LLC delivery point:
Office 603, 6th Floor, Shinning Point Bldg, Al-Mahattah – Qasimiyah, Sharjah, UAE.  If a pickup of the items is requested, a charge of AED 50 is applicable.

 

How will the refund be processed?

A credit note will be issued for the item amount to be used against any other purchases from the site. Validity will be for 6 months during which you can order any item of a higher, similar or lower value.
The above is only applicable when the returned product has been found to be eligible for return.

 

What if the item is defected?

If you find a received product to be damaged, defected or missing anything that should have been included, please raise a complaint by sending us an email at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The email should contain images, a small video of what you feel is the defect and a small summary.
We will arrange the courier pick up. The item must be returned in the original form without missing or damaged packaging, manuals or parts.
After testing and evaluation, if the product is found to be defective, we will provide for a replacement. If the product is found to be missing any required parts, these will be provided.
If you do not wish to receive back the item for any reason, we will provide a credit note valid for 6 months for the full value of the item. A cash refund is also provided on request, with a 25% deduction from the paid amount against re-stocking charges.
If in case, during evaluation it is found that the item is indeed functional as per its features, the same will be returned to you as received.

 

Refund/Replacement will not be possible for:

 

  • Items on sale or special offers
  • Items out of original packaging or with damaged or torn packaging.
  • Misused / abused items showing such signs on receipt to Final Specs LLC offices even if they are still within the day return period.

Timeline for the returns process

Items will be collected within the first 48 hrs from the date of notice received.
After assessment, it usually takes 3 working days to deliver back a replacement or to issue a credit note to be used in the store.

 

Specific region for the returns policy

Only items delivered inside the UAE will be eligible for returns. International return channels are currently unavailable.
Although all diligence will be applied to keep within the above timeline, we apologize in advance if you ever face a delay with the returns because of heavy workloads. We look forward to your understanding and patience.
